Suggested Recipe: Toasty Spiced Coffee
1 lb. Toddy blend, low acid cold brew coffee
9 cups water
3/4 oz. vanilla syrup
8 fl. oz. hot water or steamed milk
4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
In a large bowl, combine cold brew coffee with ground cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and clove. Mix well. Add the mixture to your brewer and gently pour 9 cups of water over it. Steep for 12-16 hours. After reaching the desired strength, combine the spiced cold brew mixture with vanilla syrup and either hot water or steamed milk and serve.
