Return processing guidelines:

If DAMAGED, Please DO NOT RETURN: Please send pictures, we can replace or refund. 

 

If product is too big, too small, too heavy, too light...   15% RESTOCKING FEE apply. Return must be within 2 weeks of purchase. All shipping will be deducted from refund.

 

Your RMA# is 7845312. Write RMA on return label. Do NOT write on box. Use FixtureDisplays provided return label. Apply label precisely over old UPS/Fedex Label.

 

Please return in original packaging including interior protection. Item must be in re-stockable condition to qualify refund. Only use clear tape. Do not use color tape. If return is damaged, or you returned wrong product, these would not qualify for refund.

 

Refund is processed within 2 business days upon check-in.
