This is my fourth purchase, I bought a clear tube, glue and a syringe applicator and this disc. I had to contact them about a problem with shipping, they were fantastic and resolved it. Then I had questions on how to stuff. They took so much time with me explaining a sending YouTube links for how to's. They are an excellent company IMO
