Solid, Attractive, Carefully packaged for shipping

We ordered three of these, and expect to order more in the future.

I was impressed with the careful packaging, such as protective foam between the pieces. All parts were accounted for in each of the packages.

I didn't use the video instructions for assembly; I found that the printed sheet (and experience assembling Ikea furniture) was sufficient. I learned a few lessons on assembling the first one: It is important to make sure that you are screwing in the bolts straight. Don't put all of the cam locks in right away, since they might fall out as you position the board sideways. I was able to assemble the 2nd and 3rd ones within 30 minutes (each).

The donation box looks *better* than the pictures online. The back and front are flush, not inset. Same for the top. All of the corners are square, not rounded. There are some screwheads that show (not shown in the pictures), but I don't think that looks too bad. All surfaces are laminated, including the inside and bottom. Additionally, there are small feet included for the bottom.

Also, customer service is very responsive; the initial email asked for confirmation of our business shipping address and they were quick to reply.
