Two plastic chrome knobs attach to the wheels and spin with ease. The bulk food displays can contain 2.2 gallons of dry food and keep it sealed within. A plastic black top lid keeps the container covered and cereal, candy or other foods remain fresh. In addition, a plastic black sealing lid on these bulk food displays attaches to both spouts to keep air out while the cereal dispenser is not in use.
