Fully assembled cart is constructed of sanitary aluminum that will not rust and manoeuvres easily on large 5 polyurethane casters. The cart includes 3 plastic ingredient bins in white, yellow and blue and 3 clear bin covers. The heavy duty plastic bins are constructed of seamless, one-piece, sanitary polyethylene. Will not chip, corrode or rust. Ideal height, conveniently fits under work tables saving valuable space. Total capacity per bin is 55 lbs. flour or 75 lbs. sugar.
